Mobil Univis HVI
Hydraulic Oils
Product description
ATF HVI is a line of superior performance antiwear hydraulic oils characterized by their unusually high viscosity indexes. They are designed to provide close viscosity control over wide temperature range applications. Because of its resistance to viscosity change, ATF HVI oils are recommended for hydraulic systems subject to a wide range of temperature variations. Most of these systems are sensitive to changes in the viscosity of the hydraulic oil, as this depends on the same viscosity for hydraulic accuracy. The oils are resistant to shear and viscosity loss as they exhibit optimum flow properties at subzero temperatures and this system efficiency is maintained and internal pump leakage is minimized under high operating temperature and pressure. These high quality hydraulic oils also provide very good anti-wear protection for high pressure vane, piston and gear pumps. ATF HVI oils are designed with excellent oxidation stability reducing deposit formation and improving pump and valve performance. They are developed together to meet the demanding requirements of heavy hydraulic systems using large OEM high pressure pumps as well as handling the critical requirements of other hydraulic system components of high output.
Features and Benefits
ATF HVI oils provide significant viscosity control over a wide temperature range. It gives their excellent oxidation resistance oil extension and filter change intervals while ensuring clean systems. Its anti-wear properties and excellent film strength properties help to reduce high levels of failures but only increase production capacity outstanding equipment performance. Their controlled demulsibility allows oils to work well in systems containing small amounts of water yet separate large amounts of water. ATF HVI oils provide the following benefits:
Unusually high viscosity index and excellent viscosity control properties increase machine precision and reduce torque
Maintains excellent fluidity conditions at very low pour points and low temperatures
Such cold storages and mobile equipment operating in very cold climates are suitable for use in very cold conditions, hydraulic equipment operating
Smooth hydraulic processes derived from high performance and uniform viscosity control, fast air release, very good foam control and good water separation
Exceptional rust and corrosion protection system components reduce the negative effects of moisture
Effective oxidation stability reduces deposits and improves valve performance
Apps
Uniform viscosity over a wide temperature range hydraulic oil is important for hydraulic systems
Hydrostatic transmissions and dashboards
In addition, the power input is limited and torque increases due to oil thickening can not be tolerated by thin tools and other mechanisms can also be used
To reduce the formation of deposits in equipment where close tolerance servo-valves are used
Typical Systems of cold start-ups and high operating temperatures
Systems requiring a high degree of load carrying capacity and protection against wear
Small amounts of water such as rust and corrosion protection are inevitable have an existence as systems Applications
